In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to provide any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In its original, intact packaging
  • Accompanied by all included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

3. How to make a return

  2. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will send you return instructions
  4. Ship the product to the address we will provide you

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refund

Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at resi@nexivoo.shop with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
